Spring Cleaning in The WInter?

Have you ever heard such ridiculousness? Haha! always cleaning! We are ringing in a New Year with a clean home! Not to mention our neighborhood is big on the celebration, we have a huge block party. Our cul-de-sac is one big new years party! But somehow the babies always end up in our house to sleep. haha! So we must keep it clean and presentable, although it is anything but after all the cooking and celebrating going on during the day! This year mother in law is teaching me how to make her Oxtail Soup. I am so excited because I LOVE her Oxtail Soup! I am so excited to g into this New Year organized and clean and having goals to strive for. I am not the most organized person. I feel like in the last 2 months I really cracked down on myself and really made myself get into the groove and get organized. I even started watching what I ate (sorta) and I lost weight! So I made a vow to have stronger willpower this upcoming year, and not eat junk food and to exercise more. Starting small with a jog in the AM, and giving up my nightly cookie fix. Haha. Slowly I will progress into meal planning and actually working out! This should be an interesting year! I can't wait to see hat it has in store! What are your goals for the upcoming year? Share them with me! I'd love to cheer you on!!! I have a few people that inquired about working from home and I am really focusing on my team and their goals. Helping them set goals for their families and themselves and helping them achieve it! Everything from making a healthier home to making an income from home! I am so happy to be on this journey with them and cheering them on and helping them achieve their goals! Let me help you as well!! Emailing works as well if you are not comfortable leaving info! email: breanamalia@gmail.com
I look forward to working with you new amazing people!!! Lots of loves and good wishes to everyone and their families this New Year!!!! XO

Day After Christmas

Hey everyone! I hope you had a Wonderful & Jolly Christmas! We sure did! Thanks to all of our family and friends who provided us with some pretty awesome gifts! A special thanks to my in laws for Sophia's drawing table/easel! The best gift by far! It keeps Sophia busy, which in turn, let's mama do everything she needs to. Hahaha! Now it's time to clean the house and give all the new toys a new home... like I said in my previous post... a place for everything. Hahaha! I still swear I'm not a neat freak! I just love the refreshing feeling of a clean organized home! And I still haven't gotten around to my organizing binder. I did buy myself a planner for school and Sophia activities for me to look at on the go but I need to make the binder for home use. I hope everyone is out shopping and taking advantage of those amazing deals! Perfect time to get next year's Christmas presents. Hehe! I hope you are all enjoying yourselves! Don't forget to subscribe via email! :) and/or leave your contact info for more info on working from home!!! :) love you all!!! XO!

Potty Training!

omg! it is that time! Sophia is 21 months and I am potty training her this Christmas break, so far so good :) we've had 3 accidents in the past 2 days but we are not giving up! We start off first thing in the morning with a panty (underwear). And we also put a panty on Minnie Mouse, that's her potty buddy. Minnie uses the kiddie potty and Sophie uses the big girl potty. She loves her panties. And I love how cute her little butt looks in them! Haha! This morning's accident was the funniest by far... We went to the toilet and she didn't have to go yet (we sat there for 3 minutes) so I took her off and decided to do laundry... I specifically told her "don't pee while I'm out!" I was outside for 1 minute at the most and when I got back in she was standing in the kitchen and she quickly says "uh oh mommy! I spilled!" as she points to her little pee spot. I asked "Did you spill or did you pee?" shyly she looks down and says "I peed mommy" HAHAHA! I could not hold in my laugh. I could not be mad. It was so funny how she thought that she spilled. She didn't know what else to call it! Haha! But I just keep reminding her to let me know if she has to pee. And I take her to the potty every 10-15minutes and give her lots of water so she gets the hang of it. I'm actually enjoying this. It's giving me good laughs. Haha! I have no idea why parents dread this. It's all about patience and learning to laugh at it rather than getting upset. Haha! I feel like that's what parenting is all about. I think that's why I've enjoyed it more than most people.  I just laugh everything off. Don't get me wrong Sophia gets discipline but I don't feel like running an Army around here so it's all about learning through experience in my household. That's what worked for me growing up, but my mom didn't know that. Maybe I'll save this ramble for another post :) Wish us good potty juju! Lol!

Back to norm

It's back to normal for our family. Daddy went back to work, Mommy is back to business and Sophie is back home playing with mommy :)
It has been such a busy weekend and an even busier week ahead of us. We had about 3 "Christmas'" this weekend, which got a lot out of the way, but we still have the biggest Christmas of all... Our own little family's Christmas. I still haven't wrapped any of Sophia's presents... Uh, I mean Santa's elves haven't delivered the  gifts to mommy yet... Haha! My family is all going to Seattle for Christmas and I'm no0t going to lie, I'm pretty sad. I wish I was going as well... But it's okay, I'll be with my tiny family and that's the perfect Christmas for me :) So everything is the way it should be. I couldn't be happier. I hope everyone has an amazing Christmas with their families :)
