Spring Cleaning in The WInter?

Have you ever heard such ridiculousness? Haha! always cleaning! We are ringing in a New Year with a clean home! Not to mention our neighborhood is big on the celebration, we have a huge block party. Our cul-de-sac is one big new years party! But somehow the babies always end up in our house to sleep. haha! So we must keep it clean and presentable, although it is anything but after all the cooking and celebrating going on during the day! This year mother in law is teaching me how to make her Oxtail Soup. I am so excited because I LOVE her Oxtail Soup! I am so excited to g into this New Year organized and clean and having goals to strive for. I am not the most organized person. I feel like in the last 2 months I really cracked down on myself and really made myself get into the groove and get organized. I even started watching what I ate (sorta) and I lost weight! So I made a vow to have stronger willpower this upcoming year, and not eat junk food and to exercise more. Starting small with a jog in the AM, and giving up my nightly cookie fix. Haha. Slowly I will progress into meal planning and actually working out! This should be an interesting year! I can't wait to see hat it has in store! What are your goals for the upcoming year? Helping them set goals for their families and themselves and helping them achieve it! Everything from making a healthier home to making an income from home! Merry Christmas Eve!!!

it's that time of year already! Tomorrow is Christmas! I can't believe how fast this year has flown by! Santa's Little Helper (me) has finished all of her Christmas shopping and wrapping so it's all smooth sailing today! So mama is getting Organized today! Getting ready for the New Year. I'm printing out some amazing home planner printables... I'll attach the link at the end of this post. I got them from fellow blogging mamas :) I love being organized! It feels very refreshing! To have a place for everything and plan everything out. I NEED it! Haha! A busy working student and mom, I need to block out times in my schedule. Also having a clean home for the holidays are important to me. It makes it less stressful. After all, it is supposed to be HAPPY holidays. Haha! Well I can't write too much in this post because I keep getting distracted and antsy to finish organizing... I swear I am not a neat freak! Haha! But all I can think of right now is how to rearrange the house and how to clean in those hard to reach places and vacuuming and budget book updating and planner updating. Oh dear I am getting anxiety! Haha! I hope everyone is having an amazing Christmas Eve and I hope you are all spending it with your loved ones!

Back to norm

It's back to normal for our family. Daddy went back to work, Mommy is back to business and Sophie is back home playing with mommy :)

It has been such a busy weekend and an even busier week ahead of us. We had about 3 "Christmas'" this weekend, which got a lot out of the way, but we still have the biggest Christmas of all... Our own little family's Christmas. I still haven't wrapped any of Sophia's presents... Uh, I mean Santa's elves haven't delivered the  gifts to mommy yet... Haha! My family is all going to Seattle for Christmas and I'm no0t going to lie, I'm pretty sad. I wish I was going as well... But it's okay, I'll be with my tiny family and that's the perfect Christmas for me :) So everything is the way it should be. I couldn't be happier. I hope everyone has an amazing Christmas with their families :)

I'm back!.... but recovering...

We're back from the mountains! We made it! Haha! I mist say the hubby pulled through for me. I really was expecting it to be pretty boring, you know just the two of us... but he made it the absolute best birthday I could ever ask for! He is simply just the most amazing human being! So happy to call him mine! He knows how to make anything fun. I am so grateful for that. We shared so many laughs and deep thoughts! It was the best bonding experience ever! Anywhooo I'm glad we had that break and that we are back and I'm back attending to all of my work I out off for the weekend... I guess that's the great part about working from home, I get to make my own schedule and "take off" whenever I feel .like it! Ha ha! Love running on my own time. Sadly I wish my hubby could stay at home with me! I had a whole 5 days with him! He goes back to work tomorrow morning and I am not lying when I say I have tears in my eyes right now *sniffle*. Ugh totally depressing myself... it's Christmas week guys!!! Omg... Christmas is in 3 days!!!!! I will say OI am not ready.. I have not wrapped a single gift and I haven't finished my shopping... I normally put things off until the last minute,,, that's just how it goes in my world. Hehe! I hope everyone got their shopping done and you are all cuddling up and enjoying this time with your family!
